I brought this up a couple of days ago stating that we don’t know how much power Kevin Warren has and was laughed at. I thought he only had control over the management (stadium, revenue being brought in, etc) side of the bears, but maybe not. Thoughts?

I am going to be more reasonable than most of you. Flus is a good DC and a good coach when it comes to defensive development. looking at Gordon, Dexter, Stevenson and the like, he’s taken athletes and developed their football skills.

With that said,he is not a good head coach and his philosophy and approach to how football is played has cost this team several wins, caused a bad pairing between QB and OC and in my opinion, sabotaged a QB who needed to develop consistency but was never given the opportunity.

you obviously have Poles tied to Eberflus if he wants to be.

You hire a veteran Offensive head coach who has experience calling plays for at least two seasons. so you can let him decide what QB and Prospects to get this year.

I understand why you do not want to lose those skills that Flus brings, so hire a good veteran DC who runs a 4-3. Ron Rivera should be available.

I agree. We should bring back Nagy.
