are we even sure that he'll be gone after this season??? i mean he SHOULD be but are we sure ownership will make that decision? if he stays what are the next steps? do we still draft qb?? what is the ceiling with him as hc??? are we just fucked????

I thought the team and Eberflus improved after the Denver collapse and he’d be back with Fields for year 3. But, after the Detroit collapse, I am convinced they all have to go. I think they retain Poles. They try to trade Fields. They draft a QB and MHJ in 1st round. DLine, OLine, Secondary with remaining picks. And rebuild continues with upgraded coaching staff. I don’t think Kevin Warren will allow Poles to run it back or stick a new HC with Fields. Shit, Warren may even convince them to fire Poles at this point.
