I don’t watch college ball, but apparently this guy is really surefire right? Like he’s so good he somehow won’t be a bust or something?

No prospect is a surefire pick. Phrases like „safest pick in the draft“ are often enough complete bullshit. However I‘d be surprised if he isn’t at least good in the NFL
