I genuinely think Bears will run it back with Flus and a new OC

If the defense gets us to 6-7 wins and it's clear Fields ain't the guy and Getsy is in over his head I can see drafting a QB and changing coordinators.

It is rather impressive that Flus didn't lose the team. They have continued to play hard

Yeah unfortunately I think Fields will be gone regardless of what happens at HC unless he absolutely goes bonkers.

Keep Flus: Probably a new OC. I can't imagine in a make or break yeah for him he'd want to bank his job on an inconsistent 4th year QB in his third offense suddenly figuring it out.

Fire Flus: This has been discussed to death but a new HC will likely want his own QB.

It all comes down to the opportunity I think. If Maye or Williams is available when the Panthers pick is on the clock I don't see you passing on taking them.
