Literally all I know about this guy is that Youtube kept recommending me videos of him reacting to the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard trial or hearing or whatever the fuck it was. Based entirely on that I have to say this lines up perfectly with the idea I had in my head of the dude
He's some kind of utterly disgusting man who eats nothing but Whataburger and roast beef. He lives in actual squalor in a mold infested house despite being a millionaire. I also don't know how true this is because I don't know medicine, but apparently he has multiple signs of having scurvy or severe vitamin deficiency.

Sounds like it's just a character tbh, all a part of his "brand" at this point even if it's no longer true, or ever was.
