Fascist. It’s interesting that Biden is the only person who can save Democracy, allegedly, and he seems to be trying to kill the slightest appearance of democracy before Trump even gets elected.
I can't imagine federal charges sticking, especially comparing this to the attempts to convict the J20 protestors. Still, it's a way to intimidate and make the protestors' lives hell for a few years.
