No you don't understand. It's an arms deal, not aid. Israel has to pay for those guns. Which means that, on the US's part, there's no moral quandary whatsoever. The Biden Admin is just acting as a totally neutral arms merchant, and it's definitely not Biden's fault that Israel will use those weapons to massacre an entire people.
