Scarfy from Kirby series. They blob along harmlessly but if you try to suck them up like normal enemies and they turn monstrous, then gnash their teeth and fly straight at you.

I didnt like them cause they couldnt die. I was more annoyed than scared
They can die just as easily as anyone else if you use a copy ability or spit out an enemy at them, if I remember right.
