What it really shows is that Russia was running far below capacity. 'Hot' they are acting like its a bad thing that real wages (which include inflation) is rising unlike the West. One has to wonder why U.S. isn't running 'hot' despite $800bn in military spending. Could it be that much of the spending leaks away into 'savings' (money hoarding MIC) or imports?
