Image is of the DPRK sending their trash over the border, in an equal exchange of value to Western capitalist propaganda.

The totalitarian capitalist dystopia which was created by the United States in the aftermath of the Korean War has increasingly experienced problems as the multipolar world is being gradually birthed.

Due to the widespread exploitation of the population, long work weeks, and high housing prices, the population growth of South Korea has plummeted, with the lowest fertility rate on the planet, and the highest suicide rate in the OECD. While a capitalist "success story" before the 2008 recession in terms of profit accumulation for the richest at the expense of most others, conditions have grown more dire in the Long Depression since the crash. GDP growth per year has averaged out at 2-3%. For more concrete figures, labour productivity has stagnated, particularly in the service sector. The rate of profit hit a peak when the dictatorship ended in the late 1980s, but has since massively tumbled. These dynamics are not unique to South Korea; they are happening throughout the West.

While South Korea is stagnating, perhaps even falling, its northern neighbour is rising. With Russia already persona non grata to much of the developed world and yet still maintaining fairly good economic growth and continuously albeit gradually moving towards victory in Ukraine, Putin sees no reason to be intimidated by the West's shunning of the DPRK, and Russia is establishing ties as well as military and economic deals. This seems to portend an end to the post-Soviet period of forced isolation due to UN actions forbidding the people of the DPRK to leave the country (which many westerners believe is a policy originating from the Korean leadership due to their propagandized education).

Many in the West are still, regrettably, unable to properly analyze the geopolitical situation of Korea due to their government programming, leading to bizarre takes about imminent collapse, or desperation on the part of Russia or the DPRK, unable to recognize that the DPRK has a powerful military sector all its own, and decades of autarky has created a durable society where limited resources must be used efficiently and effectively. The position of the Korean Peninsula seems likely to be a critical part of the US-China conflict, whether this is an outright war or instead a series of proxy wars. Indeed, Korea's position may soon become very important in global trade routes if the US tries to cut off the Strait of Malacca to Chinese-bound cargo ships, with vital resources like oil and food potentially transported both over land and via the Arctic Route over Russia and through the DPRK to China. Russia's leadership clearly sees the importance of Korea in the future, hence their actions now; and, of course, South Korea siding with Ukraine has also forced Putin's hand to oppose them more openly.

Israel-Palestine Conflict

If you have evidence of Israeli crimes and atrocities that you wish to preserve, there is a thread here in which to do so.

Sources on the fighting in Palestine against Israel. In general, CW for footage of battles, explosions, dead people, and so on:

UNRWA daily-ish reports on Israel's destruction and siege of Gaza and the West Bank.

English-language twitter account that collates news (and has automated posting when the person running it goes to sleep).
Arab-language twitter account with videos and images of fighting.
English-language (with some Arab retweets) Twitter account based in Lebanon. - Telegram is @IbnRiad.
English-language Palestinian Twitter account which reports on news from the Resistance Axis. - Telegram is @EyesOnSouth.
English-language Twitter account in the same group as the previous two. - Telegram here.

English-language PalestineResist telegram channel.

Various sources that are covering the Ukraine conflict are also covering the one in Palestine, like Rybar.

Russia-Ukraine Conflict

Examples of Ukrainian Nazis and fascists
Examples of racism/euro-centrism during the Russia-Ukraine conflict

Sources:

Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map. Their youtube channel has substantially diminished in quality but the map is still useful. Moon of Alabama, which tends to have interesting analysis. Avoid the comment section.
Understanding War and the Saker: reactionary sources that have occasional insights on the war.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent and very good journalist reporting in the warzone on the separatists' side.

Unedited videos of Russian/Ukrainian press conferences and speeches.

Pro-Russian Telegram Channels:

Again, CW for anti-LGBT and racist, sexist, etc speech, as well as combat footage.

https://t.me/aleksandr_skif ~ DPR's former Defense Minister and Colonel in the DPR's forces. Russian language.
https://t.me/Slavyangrad ~ A few different pro-Russian people gather frequent content for this channel (~100 posts per day), some socialist, but all socially reactionary. If you can only tolerate using one Russian telegram channel, I would recommend this one.
https://t.me/s/levigodman ~ Does daily update posts.
https://t.me/patricklancasternewstoday ~ Patrick Lancaster's telegram channel.
https://t.me/gonzowarr ~ A big Russian commentator.
https://t.me/rybar ~ One of, if not the, biggest Russian telegram channels focussing on the war out there. Actually quite balanced, maybe even pessimistic about Russia. Produces interesting and useful maps.
https://t.me/epoddubny ~ Russian language.
https://t.me/boris_rozhin ~ Russian language.
https://t.me/mod_russia_en ~ Russian Ministry of Defense. Does daily, if rather bland updates on the number of Ukrainians killed, etc. The figures appear to be approximately accurate; if you want, reduce all numbers by 25% as a 'propaganda tax', if you don't believe them. Does not cover everything, for obvious reasons, and virtually never details Russian losses.
https://t.me/UkraineHumanRightsAbuses ~ Pro-Russian, documents abuses that Ukraine commits.

Pro-Ukraine Telegram Channels:

Almost every Western media outlet.
https://discord.gg/projectowl ~ Pro-Ukrainian OSINT Discord.

Two days ago, on the first day of the Islamic month of Muharram, my son was born. The little fucker busted out of my wife a few weeks too early, but he's finally here. We left the hospital a few hours ago after two days of medical checks and both he and my wife are now peacefully sleeping while I'm writing. I won the naming battle and we settled on a traditional, but cool name in my very biased opinion. I'm now Abu Hassan, which sounds unreal, because how the hell am I a father lol. Now the real battle starts, I cannot do the same mistakes that Pete Buttigieg's father did and accidentally make him a liberal. Maybe in 16 years or so, you'll have Hassan LargePenis posting a VR interactive three dimensional chad n cuck ranking in the news mega about the slow Russian progress in the Central European front of WW3. Thank you all in advance for the well wishes!

My newest flex on the libs is that the Democratic Party needs to drop out of the U.S. presidential race entirely, so that a candidate from e.g. the Green Party who actually has a chance of winning can take their place. Neither Genocide Joe nor some yutz the Democrats pick using a completely undemocratic appointment process is going to win.

Move over. Leftists are coming through. Your blue vote is just a protest/spoiler now. Sorry.

nor has he whitewashed WWII war crimes!

The new theorized death toll numbers (from Lancet) are too much to bear. If those numbers are true, then the genocide of Gaza - in terms of a percent of the population killed and wounded - is right up there with the worst crimes of the 20th century. The Nazi invasion of the USSR, the American genocides in Korea and Vietnam, the bombing of Cambodia, etc. And all of those took place over a matter of years, not months.

Death to America and Death to Israel. Libs in the US had better pray to whatever deity might be out there that this country never gets what it actually deserves. Because Jeremiah Wright was right. We absolutely deserve hell on earth.

he wasnt talking about this, but if even a fraction of the suffering USA has inflicted on the world would be wrought upon it, the country would still be drowned in blood.

I’ve posted this multiple times before, but I’m going to say it again as my mind is still blasted from knowing this:

  • Keir Starmer’s Chief of Staff took a “career break” in the 1980s to run a pub in South Armagh (which to the unfamiliar was an area of, shall we say, “active community involvement” in the fight for Irish freedom)
  • Keir Starmer defended Berlusconi as part of his legal team during his appeal at the European Court of Human Rights
  • Keir Starmer was part of the legal team that got the murder conviction of Sergeant Lee Clegg quashed
  • Keir Starmer played with the Parachute Regiment in an 11-a-side football “grudge” match against the Royal Military Police
  • Keir Starmer decided as Director of Public Prosecutions that an MI5 agent should not face torture charges for participating in interrogation at Guantanamo Bay. Starmer then attended the leaving party of the head of MI5 a year later
  • Keir Starmer was Director of Public Prosecutions when the Criminal Prosecution Service decided not to prosecute Jimmy Savile in 2009
  • Keir Starmer is advised by Peter Mandelson, who according to an internal report by JP Morgan had “a particularly close relationship” with Jeffrey Epstein
  • Keir Starmer served on the Trilateral Commission
  • Keir Starmer secretly assembled a leadership campaign team days after Mike Pompeo’s private comments were “leaked” to the press wherein Pompeo pledged to “do [his] level best” to prevent a Corbyn premiership
  • Keir Starmer’s campaign instructed its candidate running against Nigel Farage to leave the constituency, banned from printing leaflets, blocked from using campaigning software and had access to the campaign’s social media overridden. This happened after the candidate started being a threat to Farage. Farage’s party’s vote share drove Labour’s victory, in a reversal of what happened in 2019.

But reassured, Keith is a normal, regular guy who doesn’t work after 6pm on a Friday.

I just read Biden's egotistical letter saying that he won't drop out. I honestly thought he was going to drop after reading donors were backing out and with Schiff calling him out. I'm not convinced that he won't yet, but to me it looks like he's really going to keep in it. Anyway I had a realization at this part:

"Watch. Watch. I'm getting so frustrated by the elites - I'm not talking about you guys," he said, referring to hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, "but the elites in the party. 'Oh, they know so much more.' If any of these guys don't think I should run, run against me. Go ahead - announce for president. Challenge me at the convention," he said.

It occurred to me that Biden is probably one of those dweebs who lurks on front page reddit looking for confirmation bias, but who refuses to comment because they know they'd be rightfully ripped to shreds for anything they say. So they just huff huff huff up the copium and then unleash their confidence on the real world.

"Elites?" You mean the friends you've made in half a century of manipulating your country? I know he thinks it makes him sound cool but it's jarring coming at it from a perspective where he is elite. And those big fighting words? As if he could say it to anyone's face. We saw him debate. We all know we could walk right over him in an argument, whether over ice cream flavors or nuclear war.

Tangentially, on that last point, I've seen a number of redditors questioning who is really calling the shots in the WH since they've started to realize what a pushover he is (in relation to Ukraine in particular). Some of these people sound shook.

[–] shipwreck@hexbear.net 58 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

I swear the geniuses at the Biden campaign saw the debate and the only lesson they took from it is that Biden should behave more like Trump.

First they orangify Biden in TV appearance. Then they make him call in and say some elite nonsense as if he was some Trump-like anti-establishment figure lol.

It’s not that Biden browses Reddit, it’s his campaign staff who probably spent way too much time on Reddit and got all these brainwormed ideas from it.

I am really starting to think that the liberal infighting and constant media coverage about Biden's age is an attempt at hedging against any argument that his electoral failure is tied to his support for the genocide in Gaza. Biden was not going to win the election against trump before this debate, it was already assured that millions would refuse to hold their nose and vote for him regardless. But now the ruling class can ignore this sort of analysis and focus on, "Biden lost because he was too old, he couldn't connect with young people" and they will hammer that home until they can completely erase the effect of the first anti-imperialist mass movement in the USA since the Vietnam war. The death toll coming out from the Lancet article had really driven this home for me. They have fully convinced themselves they can invent their own reality. The public hand-wringing the Biden admin has done, all while being primarily responsible for the genocide continuing as it has, is just so absurd for anyone paying close attention. This is probably the worst atrocity of the 21st century (so far doomjak ) and they will try their best to erase any electoral consequences, and thus erase anti-imperialist discourse from popular understanding of history. Seems even more important now to symbolically vote for an anti-imperialist candidate like Claudia de la Cruz, because even a relatively large, but still marginal vote in a battleground state would be hard to ignore, particularly if liberals decide to demonize and blame 3rd party voters for a Trump victory. "If everyone who had voted for de la cruz in Georgia voted for Biden, he would have won" etc. etc.

And that's a wrap. The Democrats are going to commit to Biden til the very end. Barring him being publicly hospitalized or straight up dying, he's going to be the candidate. AOC might be a completely two-faced political opportunist, but she's a smart two-faced political opportunist. It's not because of loyalty that she's doing this. Olaf Schwanz rejects any sort of ceasefire/peace treaty between Russia and Ukraine.

The crackdown on pro-Palestine rallies in Germany still continues, with the provincial government of NRW even requesting groups such as BDS and JVJP be declared nationally as terrorist groups/Hamas intelligence. Activists have even had their homes raided, computers, smartphones and money confiscated.

The proposal to no longer capitalise "Russia" on official documents in Latvia got struck down, L

A children's hospital was hit in Kiev by a confirmed Kh-101 missile. Of course some questions and observations do arise. Does Ukraine also have Kh-101 missiles in their arsenal? If yes, is it possible that the AFU fired at the hospital as a false-flag to garner sympathy from NAFOs and the EU? The missile was not intercepted and reached its target. It also flew in from the west-northwestern direction, hitting behind the Ministry of Infrastructure's HQ, which is southeast-facing. Had it more plausibly been a Russian strike, it would have come from the north or northeast directions, unless of course Russia also launched attacks from Belarus. Or was Belarus indeed one origin point for the 8 July strikes against Kiev? If so, then there is a possibility that Russia launched this missile, either by accident, or to strike a military target allegedly operating in the children's hospital behind the Ministry of Infrastructure. The AFU (and Azov) have been known to operate in hospitals, schools or apartment towers since the conflict began, which is also a war crime. But that fact has been long dismissed as "whataboutism and Putinist/Kremlin/Russian" propaganda, with Putin and Russia being intentionally misspelled by NAFOs of course. As they scream and condemn the alleged Russian strike (even months-years later should it be found that Russia was not guilty), they will sing high praises and give unconditional support to:

The death toll in Gaza is now estimated to be as high as 186,000 according to Lancet, with the upper end estimate even exceeding half a million. National population registries have been destroyed months ago. There are no more mosques, schools or hospitals functioning and even most high-rise buildings are leveled. Humanitarian/civil/EMS services are in a terminal crisis, due to collapse at any moment. Proportionally to South Africa, this is equal to the cities of Cape Town, Mossel Bay and George all being totally destroyed, with Nelson Mandela Bay beginning to be under siege. The upper estimate makes it equivalent to the total destruction of the Gauteng Province (Pretoria and Johannesburg, 1/4ths of South Africa's population). Some yellow-ribbon boers have been actually calling for Gauteng's total destruction also. The homicide rate in Gaza would now amount to 9.9k-21.6k/100k

Hey, maybe that's the Apple Tax - all those free iPhone 15 Pro Max phones that is given to Diaper soldiers are affecting profits and losses need to be recouped somehow. Might as well come up with a justification to charge double that of what is basically a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, but with slightly weaker specs, 1 less camera and doesn't even include that pen.

There are at least some better news:

Roland Lamola is now the successor of Naledi Pandor ans South Africa's foreign minister. He is also a staunch supporter of Palestine and serves as one of the judges on the panel supporting South Africa at the ICJ. He has stated he will continue to support the case, as well as Naledi Pandor's positions.

This is being boosted (twitter) by Biden campaign staffers.

2 recent articles from Al Mayadeen English I’d like to highlight, both covering similar themes

What Westerners Must Understand About The Necessity Of Palestinian Armed Struggle, Robert Inlakesh

This article is palatable to a Western audience as it directly engages with Western narratives. And so the arguments presented is nothing too out of the ordinary, with most of it hopefully being common knowledge for people here.

The Battle Against Western Arrogance, Hasan Abu Ali

I think a quote from the article itself provides a better summary than I myself could write:

I would expand on this to say: the Left's search for a non-Arab, non-Muslim resistance movement belies the fact that the center of the world revolution has been far from the West for a very long time. Since the fall of the Berlin Wall, resistance has shifted from being interwoven into the fabric of Western society to something that predominantly comes from outside. The Western left, in its colonial arrogance, refuses to accept this fact, and even less the notion that, if there is a revolutionary center, it would be the Middle East.

Even among those who appreciate this revolutionary center, we are often treated as a kind of raging beast. We have an appreciable power to be sure but lack meaningful insights. These are the people who will watch our military exploits with great excitement but yawn at the impressive feats of coalition building, the slow rise to strategic equilibrium over decades, and the steady accumulation of resistance infrastructure in the world's most besieged and bombarded region. Only an arrogant Left that refuses to learn from those it sees as "lesser" could miss these monumental feats.

George Clooney: I Love Joe Biden. But We Need a New Nominee.

Somewhat noteworthy given he's probably the highest profile non-politician to speak out, but the real juice is this:

It’s devastating to say it, but the Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at the fund-raiser was not the Joe “big F-ing deal” Biden of 2010. He wasn’t even the Joe Biden of 2020. He was the same man we all witnessed at the debate.

I think that's the first time someone is going on the record to say they've seen him go doo-doo brain in another instance. Of course it was known that's been happening at least 15-20 times thanks to Carl Bernstein and co., but that was all on background or deep background.

Jeon Tae-Il is a heroic figure and martyr for the South Korean Labor Rights movements. At 22, he committed suicide via self-immolation, running through the streets of Seoul screaming "Guarantee the three basic labor rights" and "We workers are human beings too." He was also seen as an instrumental figure as a martyr in sparking the advancement of the pro-democracy movement against dictator Park Chung-Hee, and later Dictator Chun Doo-Hwan following Park's assassination, who would then order the Gwang-Ju massacre in response to particualarly fierce protests there.

It is said that double the population of Gwang-Ju's worth of bullets was sent in response, and brutal anticommunist forces were sent in to murder school children, workers, university students, and elderly. Several thousands were murdered, with many bodies tossed to rot in unmarked mass graves.

Jeon Tae-Il's death led to advancements in the Labor Rights Movement and the establishment of numerous trade unions. His mother would carry on his legacy and contributed to her union until her eventual death.

Let's wildly speculate on what the mystery country might be:
https://xcancel.com/MayadeenEnglish/status/1810850562050793806#m

A major foreign country, other than the United States, has since October 7 refused to supply "Israel" with raw materials from which ammunition can be manufactured, the Israeli news website Calcalist revealed on July 9.

Touching on the increasing number of countries that have stopped selling "simple" ammunition to "Israel" the website mentioned that the unnamed country joins Italy, Canada, and Belgium, which have announced the cessation of defense exports to "Israel".

Spain also complicated the arrival of a large arms shipment from India.

The Calcalist reported the Israeli security and military establishment's concern about the possibility of a shortage of ammunition.

The New York Times has previously highlighted that the Israeli occupation military is facing a shortage of 120mm shells for tanks to such an extent that some of the tanks stationed in Gaza are now on partial alert and carry a smaller amount of shells.

Long term reluctance of the Democratic Party to drop Biden is something to admire. Now you see the Anti-Bidenite Clique rushing all over the place using the State Sponsored Media to promote the idea of replacing the aging Party Leader with someone else ahead of their clash against the Trumpite Clique. However, certain elements of society have been demanding for the Party to drop Biden for years now, even after he defeated Trump four years ago. Now they're running about with urgency, don't they? They played deaf ears for years now, it serves them right.

And won't they think? Dementia is not something you can cure with a pill or whatever the fuck. It stays with you and it gets worse and worse. Imagine if the Bidenite Clique wins the power struggle and he beats the Trumpite Clique in the "elections", he has to "work" for four more years as the President. Dementia will continue to degrade this person and they'll have to stick with it until the end. If Biden dies as President, he leaves a power vacuum that will be most likely filled in by zealot elements within the party like the Kamala Clique, the Clintonites or the Californian Warlord, Newsom. They're buying bread for now, starvation for later.

Like, for real, you see Biden now completely unable to string four words together. Imagine him in three years from now...

A few links I posted in the dying hours of the last mega:

Actually worth reading:

https://www.intellinews.com/long-read-the-war-in-ukraine-is-inching-towards-a-ceasefire-as-pressures-mount-331639/?source=russia

A long read on the diplomatic, financial, public opinion aspects of the war in ukraine from Ben Aris, noted realist lib and friend of ukraine. He is worth reading as despite his reflexive dislike of Putin, he has consistently had a good read on the economic/intra-EU politics end of the war and the failures of energy sanctions on Russia

Neoliberalism in action:

https://archive.is/Ffg8p

Kellogg said if Trump wins, he would likely suggest a NATO meeting in June 2025 to discuss the future of the alliance. He said NATO could subsequently become a "tiered alliance," in which some members enjoy greater protections based on their compliance with NATO's founding articles.

Bazinga brain:

Shaping Tomorrow: A Roadmap for Ukraine’s Reconstruction using Virtual Assets https://www.rusi.org/explore-our-research/publications/policy-briefs/shaping-tomorrow-roadmap-ukraines-reconstruction-using-virtual-assets

The full-scale invasion only strengthened Ukraine’s ambition to build a blockchain-friendly economy. As a result, two competing draft laws are currently in progress, both primarily aiming to address the tax issues in relation to virtual assets and thereby provide a basis for regulating the virtual asset market.

The assets they use to rebuild ukraine will be virtual alright

CPUSA leadership yet again endorses Democratic presidential candidate and plans to commit the Party to do everything they can in their power to ensure the genocidal bourgeoise monsters win over the bourgeoise genocidal monsters, with added bonus of this time capping for a senile, genocidal, geriatric corpse that's surrounded by yesmen

After Biden-Trump debate, the task remains: Block fascism in November

If you're still in CPUSA at this point you're either in it for the retirement community home vibes, a DNC operative/operative-in-training, in denial to the truth, or an outright traitor to the communist movement. Even the CPSU under Gorbachev fought tooth an nail against being dragged behind the barn by Yeltsin's bourgeoise with their failed "coup" before the overthrow of the Soviet Union, and the CPUSA can't even manage to vote down their leadership's "Vote blue no matter who" motion

Two things are clearer than ever after the first presidential debate. First, Trump is a fascist and a liar who can’t be allowed near the White House ever again. Second, despite Biden’s faltering performance as messenger, the task ahead of the people’s and labor movements is still the same: Block fascism in November.

Blow it out your ass CJ

Just minutes into the June 27 debate, as Biden struggled to string together coherent responses to questions and failed to push back on Trump’s falsehoods, social media was alight with speculation that the Democratic Party may now be forced to find a new candidate just 130 days before the election.

Who promised to be a one-term president CJ.

The mainstream corporate press, led by the likes of CNN and the Wall Street Journal, gave scant attention to the substantive issues at stake in this vote and concentrated almost exclusively on Biden’s “unsteady performance.” That’s no surprise, though. To be honest, “unsteady” might be an understatement. But more importantly, Trump’s lies and the threat he poses became almost a footnote in the news coverage and commentary.

Yeah who are you going to believe in regards to why we must vote for biden, the lying Communist News Network and Red Square Street Journal, or CPUSA's sterling leadership?

Thanks to the media circus and Biden’s communication failures, policy differences are not what people will be talking about when it comes to this debate.

What policy differences, CJ?

They won’t be talking about the convicted felon’s plan to pardon himself and his Jan. 6 invaders for the crimes they’ve committed, thus placing his fascist movement out of reach of the criminal justice system – which as flawed as it is, remains an essential check on power.

They won't be talking about the current war criminal-in-chief being given the legal stamp by Trump's supreme court to aid and abet genocide without even a slap on the wrist

They won’t be talking about the white supremacist who will deploy more racist and heavily armed police to the streets of Black and Latino neighborhoods, return to building a wall at the border, and revive the Muslim ban.

They won't talk about the white supremacists who've been dancing in the streets in support of the Biden Administration as they've poured billions of american tax dollars into fascist Ukraine and fascist Israel

They won’t be talking about the wannabe dictator’s intention to ditch democracy by carrying out further assaults on voting rights via racist gerrymandering, abolition of early and mail-in voting, and the appointment of MAGA-dominated election boards in counties across this land.

They won't talk about the literal reincarnation of Andrew Fucking Jackson ruling the USA with his own fucking kitchen cabinet of yesmen who've continued the so-called wannabe dictator's policies from day one of his administration

They won’t be talking about the bleach peddler who chose to let hundreds of thousands of his people die from coronavirus rather than listen to the advice of health professionals in the crucial early months of the pandemic.

CJ guess whats fucking going on right now again under your beloved democrat president

They won’t be talking about how the chosen candidate of the most reactionary sector of the capitalist class plans to further slash taxes on corporations and billionaires, intentionally putting Social Security and Medicare on the chopping block.

Hey CJ did you hear about all of the most reactionary sector of the capitalist class have been supporting biden all the way up until the debate? Are you gonna call them progressive because they vote blue like you? Sounds like you're also calling for class collaboration with both international and finance capitalists, CJ.

They won’t be talking about the corporate chieftain’s plan to go to war on workers by obliterating the National Labor Relations Board, putting bosses in charge of labor law enforcement, and stripping 40 million people of their health insurance.

Cj if you love feasting on the dust particles that comes off of the crumbs that the democrats let fall off the table to the point you'll clap like a seal and bob your head like a parrot for them, you fucking deserve crumbs you line of shit out of a worm's ass.

They won’t be talking about the serial rapist’s intention to permanently finish off abortion rights and women’s access to health services. His right-wing-dominated Supreme Court already crippled Roe v. Wade, and his state-level acolytes have rushed to abolish reproductive freedom wherever they have power. He’s made clear he wants to go even further.

CJ, the name Tara Reed sound familiar? Also Roe happened under Biden and he's said he will roll over and beg like a dog at whatever they rule. The anti-democratic supreme court will continue to roll back every concession we've gained until in the souls of the People the grapes of wrath are filled once more.

They won’t be talking about how the best friend of the big banks will go even further than he did before to roll back laws aimed at preventing the Wall Street gambling and speculation that incinerated jobs, pensions, and workers’ homes during the financial crisis and the Great Recession it triggered.

They aren't talking about how nothings been done under biden to prevent this, nor his roll under obungler in ensuring that wallstreet was rewarded with golden parachutes for their crimes against the american working class, who themselves were left out to dry after their livelihoods were destroyed.

They won’t be talking about how the nation’s No. 1 liar will team up with media moguls like Elon Musk to further put the squeeze on freedom of the press and elevate the power of fascist platforms like Truth Social and reactionary outlets like Fox News.

As fucking if any of the lying press is worth a wet shart

They won’t be talking about how Netanyahu’s favored nominee believes the only thing wrong with Biden’s Gaza policy is that it hasn’t helped kill enough Palestinians. “Let Israel finish the job,” he says.

YOU FUCKING GENOCIDAL FREAK

So, it falls to independent working-class outlets like People’s World to turn the spotlight back on these existential threats.

Neither independent, nor working class. My posting on hexbear's more independent and I just got off the clock from my job to ragepost about your shit genocide-supporting articles, CJ

As for Biden, well, the panic is on. Democratic Party big-shots and their big money apparatus are scrambling, convinced that finding a new nominee is imperative. From inside a meeting of donors in Atlanta, one observer summed up the feeling of the room during the debate to a Politico reporter: “Our only hope is that he bows out, we have a brokered convention, or he dies. Otherwise, we are fucking dead.”

Good.

All the talk is about Biden’s poor performance and how it might have sunk the campaign. But even if Biden performs “well”, what does that mean? A more well-executed genocide in Gaza? A more well-defined deportation policy to seal the border and shut out refugees? A more well-crafted NATO policy to provoke military conflict in eastern Europe? A more well-designed Cold War against China?

the answer is yes to all the raised questions.

Whether there is a replacement candidate or not – and honestly, such an outcome is still highly unlikely – there must be replacement policies. If everything is left to the ruling-class-aligned elements at the top of the Democratic Party, we’ll still be in trouble. For months, the democratic, peace, and labor movements have been warning that several of the administration’s policies – like Gaza and immigration – could split the coalition needed to defeat Trump.

THIS IS LITERALLY HOW THE COOKIE CRUMBLES EVERY FUCKING TIME YOU FUCKING TURKEY STARING AT THE HURRICANE

reposting because new mega was put up 2 minutes after i posted.

What happened in kyiv? Russia bombed a children's hospital? On purpose? Would like some clarity from someone who isn't a redditor

edit: for some reason fucking Sky News is the only outlet I see reporting this:

In the aftermath of the attacks, the Russian Defence Ministry claimed its forces had carried out strikes on defence industry targets and aviation bases.

They denied they had targeted civilians, and alleged Ukrainian anti-aircraft missiles, launched to repel the attack, had caused the damage instead.

some unbiased reporting from CBS as well:

Russian officials acknowledged the massive missile strike on Monday but denied, as they always do, targeting any civilian infrastructure. The Defense Ministry in Moscow, in statements reported by the country's state-run media, said the strike was a response to attempts by Ukrainian forces "to strike Russian energy and economic facilities," and it claimed it had hit Ukrainian "military industry facilities in Ukraine and aviation bases of the Ukrainian Armed Forces."

The Russian defense ministry said, without offering evidence, that the images of destruction in Kyiv were "due to the fall of a Ukrainian air defense missile."

yeah, not seeing anyone else reporting these details.

Saudi Arabia threatened to sell off European debt if G-7 seized Russian assets: Report

Saudi Arabia warned it could sell off some European debt holdings in retaliation to a move by the G-7 to seize almost $300bn in frozen Russian assets, according to a report by Bloomberg.

The veiled threat was passed along from Saudi Arabia’s finance ministry earlier this year to some G-7 counterparts, as the group weighed seizing Russian assets designed to support Ukraine.

Saudi Arabia specifically signalled out the euro debt issued by France, according to Bloomberg.

More people need to read Human Acts, by Han Kang, in spirit of South Korea being the COTW. It is historical fiction showcasing the human impact of the very real Gwang-Ju massacre.

Edit: Should put a CW, there's SA, child murder, and grotesque depictions of torture, bodies, and mass graves.
