This heat is absolutely unbearable. I was out yesterday and I ended up having to reschedule a couple appointments today and tomorrow just because the heat so completely exhausted me and I needed to recover. It doesn’t help that my house is so old and won’t cool down even with all our acs running

Can you ask if any nearby pharmacies have it? I'm actually currently waiting at a different pharmacy to fill a prescription for the same issue, I just had to ask the workers for some help.
Ugh, that sucks... depending on the pharmacy (and relative rarity of your meds) you may be able to have them find some for you. That said some shops, chain retail especially, are too understaffed to do that kind of legwork on a patient's behalf. If you're able to find some then there's a possibility you could have your rx transferred somewhere that does have what you need. Process for that varies from state to state though (I'm assuming you're in the US)
I feel ya. Just got put on antidepressants, but before I made it to the pharmacy I managed to drop my wallet. Someone found it and called my bank so now my card is cancelled (thankfully) and I won't have a new one for 2 weeks. And it's fucking humid here.
On the positive side I saw a seal yesterday and the baker near me doesn't lock his dumpster
