He will literally give a speech about how immigrants coming in are like Hannibal Lector because he doesn't understand what asylum seeker means

It's just like the COVID injecting bleach and light thing. He saw a sign about hospital cleaning protocols right before making a speech. Rather than plan a speech and have experts review it, he just said what sounded right in his head.
I relate this quite a bit, so maybe you've heard it. The bleach and UV thing was dumber than most know.
