I thought it was "authorized" spelled wrong but on second glance it's "out theorized". I don't know which one makes more sense.

I am guessing this is sort of a Germanism (austheoretisiert [which is rare in German as well though]), meaning that the person found the final/ultimate theory to explain Covid and war. [Ftr, this is from a German community.]
