I've had 3 seperate cats give birth on my chest while I was a sleep.
It's a scary few seconds waking up to a cats face and inch away from your face screaming at the top of their lungs at you, legit thought a lion was attacking me one of the times.

When cats really trust you, they decide your lap is the safest place to give birth
One of the cats hated me with a passion and would attack me any chance she could, not like swipe at me or a quick bite, full on attack me.
