Despite a Sacred Chao being thrown, discord didn't ensue.

I have no clue what the implication is here

That they're all having sex in a spontaneous orgy. It's... weird.

As a trans person in a trans friend group, this is fucking hilarious. Trans people tend to have more casual views on sex and relationships, and often don't care for, or at least are okay eschewing, monogamy. If you're willing to question the gender systems that society forces on everyone then you're willing to question other things. No group of trans women is spontaneously having an orgy (unless that was the plan going in), its hyperbole for the joke, poking fun at the tendency for trans friend groups to all have been sexual partners at some point.

Yeah I'd give this as a prime example of a joke that belonged in containment. It's funny in trans spaces because it plays up internal stereotypes and feels like a comedic exaggeration of if not your friend group, one you know. But please for the love of all that's holy I don't want to see my brother in law asking me to explain this joke. And I really don't want bigots to see this and treat it as gospel instead of community teasing. I would honestly rather explain transgendercirclejerk posts from a decade ago to cis people, despite the fact that early in transition I was the person this post is joking about.

it's honestly crazy how wild memes are to non-internet people. I showed my mom the delta p meme thats on main right now and she had no idea what delta p even is, and you cant really explain how you find divers turning to a tube of toothpaste funny

I can't imagine if I had to explain why I upvoted a meme on the intricacies of transfem intercourse to someone I know irl 😭

This checks out. I saw the picture and the phrase "This kills the crab" ran through my mind. I can maybe explain the chain of memes and references that got me there, but not well enough to explain why it made me laugh. Digital archeology is going to be a wild experience a century from now.

If it makes it any better I thought it was the trans equivalent of two guys beating the ever loving shit out of eachother and then becoming best friends.

[–] Revonult@lemmy.world 21 points 5 months ago

All the trans girls being modest and saying they arnt cute, but then complimenting all the other girls calling them cute which give euphoria and turn on.
