Mildly Interesting

This is for strictly mildly interesting material. If it's too interesting, it doesn't belong. If it's not interesting, it doesn't belong.

This is obviously an objective criteria, so the mods are always right. Or maybe mildly right? Ahh.. what do we know?

Just post some stuff and don't spam.

Contact your doctor if your penis looks like this.

[–] NineMileTower@lemmy.world 9 points 4 months ago (1 children)

The hammer penis, which is long and thin with a much larger head, has all the makings for a good nailing.

That's what my gym teacher says, at least

If it stays hard for over four hours, you might need to take it to a doctor. How petrifying.

If your penis was 2D, sure.

[–] NineMileTower@lemmy.world 4 points 4 months ago

Mine is 2D.

I desperately want that rock

[–] NineMileTower@lemmy.world 8 points 4 months ago (2 children)

I've got something much smaller and softer that might disappoint you

Take out the e in mile and that's more realistic

[–] dharmacurious@slrpnk.net 2 points 4 months ago

I'll be the judge of that! Dms open ;) lmao

[–] meliaesc@lemmy.world 4 points 4 months ago (1 children)

We really never evolved past cavemen, did we?

[–] dharmacurious@slrpnk.net 4 points 4 months ago

I honestly really do have a very cavemanesque reaction to rocks... I've got boxes full of em. Lol. But, the habit has occasionally turned out pretty beneficial. I'm in the habit of scanning rocks whenever I see them, and once found a 6 inch long amethyst in a gravel driveway. Somehow 3 years after moving into the house. Guess it was buried and just got uncovered, but pretty cool find.

Correction, the penis you found in Lake Huron has fossilized.

[–] NineMileTower@lemmy.world 1 points 4 months ago (1 children)

This is petrified dino dong.

[–] masterofn001@lemmy.ca 1 points 4 months ago

A perfectly petrified possibly porous pecker pebble.

[–] Coreidan@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago (2 children)

And you brought it home for a reason

[–] NineMileTower@lemmy.world 7 points 4 months ago

Don't act so high and mighty

[–] masterofn001@lemmy.ca 5 points 4 months ago

It's a penis rock.

What more reason is needed?

[–] sundrei@lemmy.sdf.org 2 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Not judging, but you'd think Lake Huron's penis would be... well, you know...

[–] shalafi@lemmy.world 2 points 4 months ago (1 children)

See if it glows under a black light! You might have scored a yooperlite!

[–] NineMileTower@lemmy.world 2 points 4 months ago (1 children)

I'll try, but I think Lakeport has been picked clean of Yoooerite

[–] intensely_human@lemm.ee 1 points 4 months ago (1 children)
[–] NineMileTower@lemmy.world 1 points 4 months ago

Yooperlite. My bad. It's a UV fluorescent sedimentary rock.

[–] LemmyAtEm2@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago

I'm going to guess... They all (all rocks from lake Huron) do (look like penises)? I don't agree.

[–] HEXN3T@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Large ass penis about the size of a tiny ass penis

[–] seathru@lemmy.sdf.org 1 points 4 months ago (1 children)

You're probably in violation of multiple laws and treaties right now.

[–] NineMileTower@lemmy.world 1 points 4 months ago (1 children)
[–] seathru@lemmy.sdf.org 0 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Federal law prohibits taking stones from national lakeshores. And the US/Canada have a treaty about molesting the great lakes, altho I don't know the specifics.

But, Michigan says you can take up to 25lbs per year. So, who knows ¯\(ツ)

[–] NineMileTower@lemmy.world 2 points 4 months ago

Considering I live here, you would be very hard-pressed to find a DNR officer who would enforce anything but the 25 lb rule.
