<Tearmoon Empire: Volume 15> - I'm starting to suffer some Serpents fatigue. That particular plot line is a bit tiring by now. Luckily there seems to be a new festival as a palate cleanser in the next volume. 7/10

<The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects: Volume 8> - The last couple of chapters are about Illuk Village going to war, which goes against my comfy-doctrine, but it was over quickly, so I'll let it slide this once. Overall, a good volume 7/10 (would be an eight without the war chapters).

<The Villainess Is Dead! Long Live the Empress! Redoing the Story After a Poisonous End: Volume 1> - So many plotholes and inconsistencies, and the setup itself is as cliche as it gets. Events with little to no chance of happening happen anyway. But it's not all bad: The MC and sidekick are likable enough to have kept me reading. That being said, I'll probably have completely forgotten it in an hour. 4/10

<Abducted Princess Running Rampant: Wielding Forbidden Magic in the Demon King’s Castle Volume 1> - What a treat of a first volume! Starts out like the Sleepy Princess anime in the first third of the volume, with the abducted princess running rampant in the demon king's castle, ignoring everything that could be considered common sense. It then turns into a "Didn't I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?!" of sorts, with the princess running away to have some adventures and finding 3 more friends who are equally sheltered, overpowered, and clueless. They're hilariously bumbling around, having run-ins with monsters and pursuing demons while overcoming everything with their overpowered stats and complete lack of common sense. You just have to feel sorry for the poor demon lord who just wanted to abduct a human princess in peace, and now has to deal with the monster he created. Also, great anime material. I hope it gets an adaptation. 8/10

Yeah, I thought it would be something for you when I read it. It really takes on a similar tone including a little FUNA-like jab about the protagonists' breast envy.

- Vol 1 to 5 (excluding 4.5)

The last few weeks I have reread Secrets of the silent witch. If you have read it and forgot your reminders are:

  1. Old man’s Sam’s pigs

  2. How many matchsticks could his eye lashes hold?

  3. Best fake villainess Isabella Norton

  4. “My fellow sage”

The mysteries keep adding up and keeping me hooked. Can’t wait for the next volume.

  1. Will the prince find out who Monica is?

  2. What is the princes secret?

  3. Has Claudia found out who Monica is?

  4. What was Monica’s dad studying?

  5. What is the duke planning?

  6. Will the 2 new transfers reveal who Monica is?

  7. Why is Isabella Norton the best Villainess ever?

  8. Why is Nero “So Cool”?

  9. How did Monica’s adoptive mum ever survive before she got a maid?

  10. Will Louis Miller ever give Monica a break?

I've been reading the manga adaptation and am constantly asking myself why Nero is so cool as well.

Maybe I should put that series in my plan to read list as well so I can be in-the-know about that cool Nero fella.

I couldn't find a series with the name "Secrets of the silent Witch - Vol 1 to 5 (excluding 4.5)". Maybe you should write it and send a copy to my library. In fact, I think this is a great idea and you absolutely should do so. Right now. Chop chop.
