Barnes v. Felix judgment was so fucked. I mean, yeah, if I throw myself onto a car, then I will most assuredly be in immediate danger. But consider that I... don't put myself in unnecessary danger...then shooting an unarmed man all of sudden seems like - dare I say - a bad thing to do. This is why cops with guns should not be allowed to do traffic stops, especially for unpaid toll fees, ffs.

I just read about that judgement and the cop was beyond fucking stupid. This ain’t an action movie. You’re on a traffic stop, you’re a bureaucrat with handcuffs.
