Evanecense bring me back to life, linkin park numb, lady gaga bad romance. These ones al give the same "oh god, I member that" mixed with a strong embarrassment for some of 2000s pop culture.

It sucks that the studio forced Amy Lee to add the Nu Metal rap backup vocals to Being Me to Life. It’s aged the worst out of any of her songs because of it.
Dance Monkey
Walk the Moon's "Shut up and Dance" sounds like it could've been a Journey song.
Conversely, The Primitives' "Crash" sounds new and fresh, even though it was written before I was born.
Party Rock Anthem
That song was running up and down 2010 when I was doing my finals in school (1th grade, germany) and world cup.
Greatest summer.
Not the “youngest” (almost 30) but Saint Motel’s Everyone’s a Guru Now is pretty reminiscent of Billy Joel/Elton John’s “piano rock” style and sounds ripped from the ‘70s or ‘80s.
When I first heard Hozier's Take Me To Church on the radio in Denny's, I was convinced it was some old Elton John song.
"Wannabe" by the "The Spice Girls". I get what they're going for, but boy/girl bands are just a new spin on the barbershop quartet.
I joke.
What do you mean I'm not young?! 1996 was like five years ago, wasn't it?
1996
Get off my lawn!
I think that way about the '80s.
Suzanne Vega - Luka
Sounds like its a 70-80s song lol.
