My standard burger. In order: potato bun, mustard, ketchup, red onion, pickles, cheese, meat patty (mix of beef and pork about 23% fat) cheese, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise, dried chili, and the top of the bun.

I'm surprised wheat buns aren't more popular. If they're good, they add their own charming character to a burger

The sauces look bomb. And your ingredients look to be super fresh (lettuce looks a little flaky), but still got good colors. I know this was a good burger.

You're right, the lettuce was getting old, still had some crunch left in it though.
