Feel vaguely accomplished for maybe a second, if you're lucky.
Pretty sure thats "relief that its over", not "accomplishment"
I honestly think the relief that it is over is that feeling of accomplishment, but people just confuse the high of no longer being stressed as the reward itself.
Idk. Maybe I'm just being cynical.
- Have task to do
- Do the task
- Feel absolutely miserable as soon as it's done and sob until somebody else comes home
Now, how do I focus without the stress of option 2? Without focus there is no option 1.
For me it is usually the option 2 but sometimes (and highly rarely so) option 1 finds its way and then I actually do feel nice (unlike most people here apparently).
