That's because you need to do things like stay hydrated, eat a healthy diet and keep your cell division count as low as possible.

Back in school, one of my first sex ed classes, teacher says: "boys have a factory of sperm in their bodies".

Me, trying to be funny: "oh so that's why sometimes there's smoke coming out of my mouth?"

Thankfully it landed well with the classmates, but the teacher was really worried I took it literally.

I just read that dolphins shed their skin almost 10 times more frequently than humans. Some species do it every two hours! Imagine the amount of energy spent in this.

skin turnover for normal people is around 9days+ people with psoriasis or eczema, is around like 2 days, or even sooner if you have a rash or flare up.
