On the same note, making a V60 pour-over brew.
When you drop one spoon full of some stuff on a scale, and the reading is exactly what you were aiming for. Basically a hole in one, but with three digits of precision.
When there are a bunch of bicycles driving (especially in the morning rush hour) and somehow they don't crash into each other and then there are also another bunch of bicycle coming from the side but they somehow just flow right through. For some it might sound like a nightmare, but you did ask for something oddly satisfying :)
