Staying in the bushes, observing everyone:

  • Good for Depression (is outside)
  • Good for anxiety (no direct contact with people)
  • Good for serial killer vibes (+10 creepyness)

Among the bushes.

I'm not qualified to touch grass, or anything grass-adjacent like a bush.

Why, which qualifications does one need other than having enough weight to not float away?

Consent seems pretty important, and I know one or more parties that dose not want to be outside.

Maybe that’s why people hangout on porches & stoops?

[–] Lauchmelder@feddit.org 6 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Exactly my thought. This just sounds like being in your garden/porch/balcony/... and I totally agree that it is superb for your mental

Probably also why eating outside on the restaurant porch/terrace is better than just inside the restaurant.

This is why people hang out on the stoop.

Staying at the house is absolutely not good for anxiety.

[–] Asswardbackaddict@lemmy.world 2 points 4 months ago

That's how you get to phobic

[–] savvywolf@pawb.social 7 points 4 months ago

I've been told that going outside and having a walk is good for anxiety as well, though.

Also, safety from earthquakes.

I loiter about the front yard drinking beer. That shit works.

[–] groet@feddit.org 4 points 4 months ago

I think this is what French balconies are for. You are still under your roof but also kinda outside

[–] Alexstarfire@lemmy.world 4 points 4 months ago

Or it becomes bad for both 😓

[–] Jake_Farm@sopuli.xyz 4 points 4 months ago

Giving into anxiety doesnt make it better.

[–] DirigibleProtein@aussie.zone 3 points 4 months ago

So that’s why everyone in the family stands in doorways!

[–] kryptonianCodeMonkey@lemmy.world 1 points 4 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago)

...with your willy hanging out. Maximize that confidence too. If they're offended, they are perverts for looking.

[–] zerozaku@lemmy.world 1 points 4 months ago

Jokes aside, how do we solve this?
