Does the national guard ask themselves if they are the fascists? Or have they known and dont care?

As a Marine vet it is pretty clear that most of these people are in "just following orders" mode, they're forgetting their oaths and that just following orders doesn't fly, they need a good reminder.

They shouldn't need reminding, but alas a month later and this shit show continues to get worse.
I have no faith in the military at all anymore, this shit is Joe-over and it's about time we start moving forward with a plan to do something about it.
Fuck the troops. ACAB includes them.
I'm guessing no, they get some sort of financial benefit for being active and that's all they're considering at the moment. They're probably diluting themselves into thinking that they're just there for show and will get "boiled frog" into becoming Nazis.
Every one of those soldiers, who don’t refuse to follow orders and choose to attack their own country, are guilty of treason and deserve the maximum penalty for it.
So DC has its own national guard or is he using one from one of the states.
But he said he'd only be a dictator for one day...
