Why would the EU, a completely separate sovereign group of nations, mourn for some American christofascist? I'd be supremely disappointed in them if they did.

Anyways, the woman speaking is saying that the request for a moment of silence was already rejected by the President so that's why she keeps going.

Yeah this is the one thing pissing me off about how I'm seeing it summarized on the Other Site and elsewhere. There's a lot of outlets making it look like there was scheduled to be a minute of silence, but a bunch of obnoxious disrespectful leftists kept talking during it.
