Nothing strange here.

It's just like the formal declaration we all made as individuals, to deflect suspicion from ourselves.

Totally normal.

[–] tourist@lemmy.world 7 points 2 weeks ago

He begins his declaration by quoting Joseph Goebbels

That was very necessary I guess

Everyone's taking the 'what an odd thing to feel obligated to announce at all' view/reaction
Does anyone else have an internal critic that starts also screaming "wait, they also know everyone can't react any other way--are they banking on us being unable to let go of the numerous suspicions that will continue to live rent-free in our minds for days?"

I know I'm being paranoid, but please someone help bring me back down to a level-headed take on this matter I beg you!

[–] shalafi@lemmy.world 4 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

You're being paranoid. On this matter. Calm your tits. Hope that helps.

Yes, there was a ludicrous conspiracy theory that Israel took him out. This is a genocidal nation-state leader calling bullshit. It's bullshit. You tits. Calm them.

Charlie Kirk was supposed to be of the maga faction that supported Israel. Why would Bibi want to whack him?

I guess now we need to figure that out.

Well I’m convinced

[–] klu9@piefed.social 5 points 2 weeks ago

In other news, Hamas formally states it was not using Charlie Kirk as a human shield, Israeli strike totally unjustified.

It's clear that Zionist supremacism was a central issue in the murder. Netanyahu's absurdity statement proves it.

There are 2 wings of Christofascism. The dominant Zionist first, Judeo-Christofascism, and the obvious alternative of Groyper/Fuentes concern that Israel first rule over America feels wrong. Qatari funding to be against Zionist supremacist rule over America is simply not needed to understand that Israel first means Americans last.

Robinson, if he did it, seemed to be of Groyper wing of Christofascim. Kirk distancing himself from Ackman's Zionist absolutism, would make sense for Kirk's credibility even if devoted, as Netanyahu confirms, to Zionist supremacism rule over America. Kirk simply cannot be as demonic as Ackman on genocide and absolutist rule, and have his audience take him seriously.

It's not as though the US is going to investigate Ackman, Trump and anti-Mamdani mega donor, for any role in this, anymore than they let the dancing Israelis "there to document the event" flee the US after 9/11.

Well there goes the Republicans plan to label Tyler as part of Hamas.

[–] avidamoeba@lemmy.ca 4 points 2 weeks ago

Is this the sound of a bunch of chickens, coming home to roost?

[–] MonkderVierte@lemmy.zip 3 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago)

So they did, huh?

It's Bibi flexing muscles in the most inappropriate way once again. Almost like a brand account posting a deeply unfunny meme joke but said account is for an international spy/terrorist network.

But young person being afraid of getting mossad'ed for his internet posting for a long period of time and not getting any (medical) attention is the centerpiece of that story, not the eventual snap, and not even a backlash we see in the media now. There are a lot of these neglected and driven insane dudes that fash chaotically nurtured with no understanding of how to manage them, or even care, more likely hoping they'd ride the wave. Well, Shapiro canceled his appearance right after the event, and the whole martyr thing is probably also because they want to retarget such shooters from now on, exaggerating how it's wrong to harm exactly them, not the other side, assuming there is still more to come and being afraid of how indiscriminate these attacks would be. Seizing the opportunity is one thing, but I do find they geniunely weren't prepared for what they wished into existence.
