For every €1 of public money invested in the pilot, society received €1.39 in return
and the 2025 (latest year) ROI was $1.75. $1.39 was the 5 year average with first 2 years having 0 ROI.
It is a categorically stupid proposal to give UBI only to "qualified artists" because it adds an administrative layer on top of UBI, and arts would automatically be encouraged for anyone with the confidence of earning anything, or just satisfaction from doing with 0 income, from art.
For every $1 redistributed from working/investor class in taxes to fund UBI to someone who spends all their income, the workin/investor class gets $1 back automatically from more work/investment opportunity. Requires paying that class more to seize all of the market opportunity. UBI costs nothing to taxpayers, and creates more work. Savings from other useless program cuts (measured in study) means that UBI always has negative costs. The higher the UBI/freedom dividend amount is, the less it costs, because the more programs can be cut for being useless.
Most of the studies ROI measure is "(mental) health" benefits. General UBI makes people less evil/desperate to need to manipulate/steal from others. UBI eliminates crime in a path that reduces need for massive police budgets. The survival equivalence to slavery pressures relieved is health/mental health at individual and society level, fulfilling the major purpose of any democratic nation governance.
Democracy is dysfunctional everywhere because in US, Zionazi first agenda gaslights all other speech/governance, and oligarchist/corporatist supremacist voices simply ally with media/Zionazi lizard people. In democratic US colonies, all party leaders ally with CIA/NATO and Atlanticist media. UBI does not redistribute wealth. It redistributes power. Even in idiocracy, "I like money and mental health" is understood, with preference for higher freedom dividend over Zionazi warmongering expenses. The pure corruption of democracy for demonic evil power concentration is why UBI cannot come from "gaslighting left for Israel support" Schumer/DNC or "gaslighting right for Israel support" from Chrisofascist/TPUSA/GOP. Especially not from CIA controlled colony parties.
UBI can be funded by local governments. Property taxes based on density means that average square feet occupied per person pays net 0, with denser living getting a positive amount. Local sales taxes is more revenue to fund UBI and rest of government. The local government level democracy is only political hope for UBI because Zionazi/CIA agenda tends not to be able to care about all municipalities, NYC excepted of course.
Even if Arts is only thing you care about, general UBI means Buskers on every street corner being able to earn better tips from more people affording to give, and no homeless/crime to distract tourist/entertainment industry. Both people who want to consume Art and the producers are empowered. No need for gatekeeping on who is "a real artist".
