Who'd have thought that refugees from one of the poorest places on earth, with little to no health or education infrastructure, would arrive in America poor and dependant on welfare.
Noone gave them any bootstraps to pull themselves up with when they arrived? SMH
Even if they got no real help upon arrival (as my great grandparents apparently didn't), why make their lives difficult? Easier to exploit? Easier to control?

The U.S. only give medicaid to green card holders and refugees: https://www.medicaid.gov/medicaid/enrollment-strategies/downloads/overview-of-eligibility-for-non-citizens-in-medicaid-and-chip.pdf , and green card holder are required to have a permanent job, or married to a green card holder. U.S. Employers are also required to provide healthcare after the ACA, so those with job likely do not need medicaid https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/is-my-employer-required-to-provide-health-care.html . The only ones left are refugees and people married to green card holder/citizen, neither are legally deportable.
This graph also reflects an extremely cherry-picked example only focusing on minnesota, somali immigrant, and "with children"?! Are they just focusing on deporting those that are on welfare AND undocumented? That set is likely close to empty, as U.S. do not provide undocumented immigrant any welfare. Also why are they not comparing the walfare number to rural U.S., where citizens are much more likely to depends on welfare. If the immigrant welfare usage is lower than their base, does that mean their base have no right to request deportation of any immigrant? Overall, I am just really confused what this picture is trying to prove.
Do U.S. people really think anyone can just be here and get the same level of welfare as a citizen? U.S. already has a much more difficult immigration procedure than most European countries, and many people with legitimate high-paying and irreplaceable jobs are already afraid to go home because of the stupid visa system -- people need to jump through bunch of visa hoops even when they are prefectly legal to be here and pay more taxes than Trump and Musk. Most of my foreign friends haven't gone home for at least 5 years, many for decades, because they cannot afford to take months to jump through the visa hoops. Even if they do, H1B stamp only lasts one year, meaning they will jump through the hoops again no matter how legal and irreplaceable they are.
Finally, I am interested in how much government subsidy and tax break Musk and Trump received, and how does that compare to the entire population of somali immigrants "with children" in Minnesota.

A substantial number of Americans believe foreigners can come here and receive MORE welfare than citizens. They believe this because they ingest lots of propaganda via TV and social media that tells them this and they lack critical thinking skills.
The funny part is that illegal immigrants pump like $80b into the welfare systems yearly. Systems which they can't benefit from.

It's like nobody even understands nazism. At this point it's hard to tell who's more mentally ill; the fascists, psychopaths, and sociopaths succeeding in their coup via their puppet political class, or the libs pleading to a controlled opposition and stacked judicial system, MIC, and surveillance state for protection; looking for some 4D chess master plan throughout the entire coup... just waiting for the mass imprisonment, torture, and murder to start... as though it's avoidable, and will all be over if Trump croaks.
I can't put it into words good, but I think the basic idea is that they're poor, they'll vote for social assistance programs, only Democrats give lip service to offering such programs, therefore they essentially have no choice but to vote for Democrats to access such programs. These chuds don't like when poor people vote for their own interests, and obviously they can't offer such programs to try to win such votes because... reasons?

It would undermine their entire anti-socialist and anti-Democrat rhetoric. They campaigned on the premise that social services and welfare are the sole cause of out-of-control government spending taking money out of the Average Joe's pocket (conveniently ignoring military and federal agency spending) and used it as a hook to sell their policies to the poor, stupid, and xenophobic.
The depressing part is that they could offer such programs and they would still keep most of their voters as long as they frame the programs as helping the everyday American and don't call it welfare. A progressive Republican would still get votes, since their voters vote by party loyalty (tribe/team) and not by policy.
Every vote is fraudulent if it's not for the rich old white guy we support.
Very bad graph, but that aside.. If you see this it hints there seems to be a problem with people who pay cash, and people who are on medicaid...
