Just 6 out of 10? Are 4 out of 10 living under stones?

Welcome to the discussion of US Politics!
Rules:
- Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.
Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.
Example:

- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
- No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.
That's all the rules!

The 4 out of 10 refuses to give in because of sunk cost fallacy.
Very disappointed it's not higher.
Seeing how almost 30% of Americunts are illiterate. These approval ratings make perfect sense.
Just goes to show how effective the US state propaganda machine really is.
A senile, cruel, narcissistic old fuck that's openly turning the country into an authoritarian oligarchy...
And 40% go: Yuup! That's my guy!
It's the clandestine (now overt) promotion of greed, bigotry, and hate, combined with the systematic decimation of our public school system. They've been working on this since before most of us were born.
It's outright nefarious how Fox News carefully manages their viewers' human empathy to evil ends.
For example: When democrats or leftists propose government that helps oppressed people or the poor, objectively good things, Fox will hammer on it being an infringement of freedom, brow-beating viewers with pseudo-intellectualism to shut down any moral objections. At the same time, when we have Trump being the absolute worst human in existence and doing awful things to viewers' literal neighbors or even families, Fox will distract with this missing old lady story (Guthrie?) which is a wholly worthless subject of national attention, but expresses their viewers' remaining empathy and makes the viewers feel like "good" people.
On net, the viewers feel simulated on both "intellectual" and "emotional" levels, but it's perversely always to lead them to contravene their instincts to be good people.
A pedophile!!!!!!
The Conservative Propaganda Machine
40% approve. 'muricah, fuck yeah.
Should be 9/10
If it was 9/10 he wouldn't have been reelected. The fact that 3/10 people are immune to learning is the only reason he's there.
Re-elected, yes. But over the past year he's betrayed so many of those who elected him. Yet, most still seem to support him now. That's what baffles me, somewhat.
Again, these people are immune to learning. It doesn't matter that they have been betrayed, they either don't know or don't care.
Doesnt matter. Apparently the majority isnt needed to secure the presidential role for a paedophile rapist, as long as you give people reasons to sit it out, or lie to them enough. Americans are dumb that way.
Maybe I should exercise during the state of the union. I think anger makes me pedal faster
Maybe those people should take their disapproval straight into the voting booth during the primaries.
Sixty percent isn't enough, especially considering how many groups he's abused over the past year. It's amazing to me that anyone not in on the take still supports him. Amazing, but not surprising. Not anymore.
"America shows the world they deserve what is happening to them"
Man if I was in the 60% I'd be pretty pissed right about now
The same percentage that loved George W Bush.
