I thought it was an innuendo
Comic Strips
Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Limit of two posts per person per day.
- Bots aren't allowed.
- Banned users will have their posts removed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

To be fair, the baby wasn't really burnt in the oven, that was just to trick that fucking Hym into leaving (although Geralt at this time was willing to make baked baby).
The aversion against portal travel resembles McCoy and the transporter.
He didn't burn baby for fun, why would he subject himself to motion sickness for fun? Did a little bit of search and apparently he saw someone getting cut in half because of portal.
I'm pretty sure he will and did go through portal when necessary, else he wouldn't know portal give him motion sickness. While non-canon, his appearance in Monster Hunter World is via a portal.
I haven't played the game, but in the books he definitely uses portals. He just very strongly prefers not to, I have a vague memory of some incident that makes him not trust them.
He was held for years in a sprawling underground facility, moved from a chamber to chamber and forced to solve riddles inside.
i bet he didn't even get a cake either
Well yeah, the cake is a lie
I've only played Witcher 3 but you definitely go through portals. He complains about it.
He does take portals in the games. But he is quite vocal about hating them.
Dude lives off raw road kill washed down with drowner brain cocktails. I don't think the portal is why his tum tum is upset.
I'll always remember the first time I did the baby quest. The first time I did it, I was like, "well, see ya, Lil fella!" and pitched that little brat right in the oven. Spoiler, turns out, it was the correct thing to do. Otherwise, that shadow demon guy wont jump to you from the guilt Garalt (not I) felt. What a great game.
I thought she was going to mention the toilet seat being up.
