Matt Eberflus is now 0-9 in the division and 6-22 as a HC. We all know that the owners have no idea what they are doing and don’t have the balls to fire a coach mid-season. And even though I am a fan of Poles, I really am worried that he would retain him if we somehow find ourselves around 6 wins. Kevin Warren is the only man that can save this organization. It will be very interesting in a few months to see how much power he actually has

He’s a lawyer/businessman and his job is to make the team more money. He’s not going to be the football savior

In Poles defense he’s shown that his willing to cut his losses on mistakes and moves on. I just want to apologize for saying I don’t care if Flus stays or goes last week. Dude really doesn’t have the team together on anything and there is just an overwhelming amount of panic at the end of games.

Except the whole VJJ thing…we were better off finding someone else with that roster spot.

Poles has had too many failures in his decisions.

Is he going to kill Virginia?

A former attorney with no football background who was hired to secure a new stadium deal? He's going to save us?

The decision to fire coaches and front office staff is ALWAYS going to be George’s

[–] Accomplished-Bear357@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Not this time. Kevin has full responsibility for the team.

I suspect he's already succumbed to the McCaskey brainwashing and will provide nothing we are all looking for. Rinse and repeat for this organization until the world stops spinning. I'm hoping that isn't the case but this family has no interest in getting out of the rut it appears.

This is copium my dude. Warren ain’t fixing shit besides the teams bottom line

[–] BearsSTH@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Unless he flushes Poles and every other turd on January 8, there won’t even be a point to watch the draft let alone next season.

January 8th 2024, let the Firings begin.

[–] Dilligaf_1963@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I don't think he can.

[–] Critical-Adhole@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

He isn’t gonna do shit. His sole focus is moving the bears out of Chicago so the McCaskey’s can make more money.

He was brought in to maximize profits. Nothing more.

That picture gives me Gustavo Fring vibes. Are the Bears a front?

Unless he has the power to fire George McCaskey,.....no he cannot save you.
