Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.

Rules…

  1. Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
  2. Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
  3. Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
  4. No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
  5. New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

My mother is a good mother, but she is an atrociously disgusting person incapable of empathy or care for anyone outside of her circle. I don't know how to reconcile that.

People we knew and enjoyed the company of were just picked up by ICE and she is celebrating that.

I am tired of stumbling into communities that openly allow fantasizing about murdering women and children.

Was supposed to put in a full work day today...spent half the day writing toxic yuri instead 😬

I mean, you still did work, right? I say it counts. 😉

I did! My week would be lost without my Sunday planning sessions. So the week is not lost.

What are ya'll's go to comfort moves when life gets you down? What cheers you up?

For me, it's creating something. Channeling negativity into positivity. But creativity isn't always viable. The muse is fickle.

What sparks joy for you?

Sugar is my go-to move.

Reading The Lord of the Rings. At times with extra chocolate.

There is something specifically about The Lord of the Rings that is very comforting. The writing is dry, emotions are displayed through actions more than words, many characters are very positive overall, while most having reasonable flaws too… it feels like wrapping myself in a blanket of words describing a fantasy that really could be.

That is an awesome suggestion. I actually watched the entire extended recently while I did some things to get through those things with a little less boredom. I will have watch them again soon! Ty!!
