Yeah fr why do I feel like Eberflus is gonna do whatever it takes to lose this game and will bend over backwards kicking and screaming to allow the offense to look as abysmal as possible? Like some bloated guy on Reddit legit knows better.
Soooo Justin gets a pass if he plays like shit (coaches fault) and if he plays good it’s all Justin, right?

What does the QB coach of a HoF QB actually do? Make funny jokes to entertain him through the monotony of training camp and a 17 week schedule?
Gets him water, coffee, sandwiches, picks up takeout etc.

Fields is the guy that needs a heads up, he looked lost out there last time.
Tell fields that when there are 6 d linemen and he only has 5 o linemen that he will get hit if he doesn’t throw the ball at the top of his drop.

If these last few games are to test whether Fields is QB1 next year, I view this as the first midterm. This is the chance to show improvement in his greatest weakness which is processing speed.
I'm calling bullshit on the "testing the QB" storyline. After the second to last drive in the Lions game, it's clear to me that is just the line they are gonna use as an excuse to trade him, probably for picks because the ownership is focused on money, not winning games.
Then I get to watch this sorry ass excuse for a NFL club ruin another high potential QB draft pick. And this sorry ass excuse for a fan base blame it on the kid.
And on the field, I hope Fields remembers that 6 rushers are more bodies than 5 linemen and reacts accordingly.

So you’re telling me to run Kmet on long routes or pull him. Provide no RB blocking help on the edges, and let Justin run 7 steps drops and hold the ball 🏈 until he gets hit. Definitely don’t allow the pocket to move or roll him out.
I won't be watching the game, but I'd lay money on it that our first snap on offense is a sack fumble.
