As someone with ADHD, I feel you. After a ton of experimentation, I ended up with La Roche Po Say Lipikar light moisturizer and Illiyoon moisturizer (hard to find in stock). Both are expensive but absolutely amazing.

As someone with ADHD who quit nicotine a few years ago, don't do it. The stimulant effect is milder than a cup of coffee but it doesn't last as long and is incredibly addictive. If your brain needs stimulants, just get a prescription for Adderall, all other legal stimulants will pale in comparison

Usually people have something in the background on a couch like a TV or music that can help lull them to sleep. Beds usually require you to listen to your thoughts and shut down for the day before sleeping. I think it really comes down to your habits and how you've conditioned yourself. I have no issues in falling asleep as soon as I hit the bed even if it's for a nap.

It's just chemicals discovered on this planet that are usually produced biologically on Earth. This doesn't mean there's life on that planet. It could just mean that there are other methods of producing these chemicals other than biologically. Some scientists aren't even sure that these are the correct chemicals. Planet (124 LY) is too far away to send a probe, so it will all be through calculation.

TLDR: Don't buy off branded motherboards. Is there someone actually doing that? This just seems like an article pushed out to meet targets. Their point is not even to look for motherboards with enough heatsinks or quality mosfets. It's literally just saying buy a known reputable brand like Gigabyte or MSI

Try eating cereal with Fairlife instead. Tastes almost the same as milk with no side effects. I didn't know how much I missed cereal in milk until I had it

The first building looks like it's a female connector for a high throughput cable of some kind.

It's you who misread. They said "there's a little hope", and not "there's little hope"

For some reason, the way the car is drawn makes my brain thinks it's the rear tire, meaning the car is moving away from the person..

The real sad part is the lack of leg room under the desk. I can't imagine sitting all cramped all day.
