Not sure tbh. We have whole communities that are just considered "55+ only" I just hate seeing them when I was looking for a house, it's so depressing.
Asafum
senior-oriented communities maybe?
The bane of my existence...
"Oh hey that house is actually affordable! ....oh 55+ community only. Great... Well here's a nice twice burned down shed masquerading as a house for "only" 300k what a steal!"
Thanks for adding the credit where it's due!
I had just gotten to work and was browsing Lemmy before I had to actually get started so I didn't spend the time to look up who actually did it lol
I wonder how many are actually independent but vote Democrat. That's what I've done since 2016 because I don't want to register myself on an "enemies list."
The chart posted above seems to show a different issue:

Republicans: give me all your children!!!
Excess wealth. Wealth rots the brain.
They literally did the opposite with foxes. Some guy kept breeding the nicest ones until he got a "breed" that wouldn't want to murder you on sight. I'm pretty sure levels of aggression absolutely are something innate in some animals.

Countdown to: "I have The Cleanest Clubs™©® in the entire World! It is a FACT that all of My Beautiful Clubs earn the Highest Marks Possible every single year! This is a Deep State Democrat Communist Venezuela Illegal Immigrant Antisemite Conspiracy to hurt my business! Political Hit Job!!"
All that aside, I used to be a repair technician for a specific brand of ice cream machines and out of all the types of stores and kitchens I'd go in to, country clubs were almost always the worst. I'm glad I'm too poor to ever go into one through any door other than the service door.
I don't know if I'd read it to that extent.
Over $200 million in donations and full control of a massive social media network is nothing to sneeze at. Not to say I don't think he wouldn't have helped rig it, I just think his statement could be taken as an understanding of the money and control of X being massive contributions. Hell, he took the "@america" handle away from a user to use it in support of Trump.
