Bondi isn't opening up an investigation against Pelosi for actual crimes, she's investigating because she said ICE agents who break the law should be arrested. Pelosi dared to say something against the gestapo, that's why Bondi is involved.

It's hard to be critical of something that hasn't been released yet. All anybody had to go off of were statements from the developers, until the product was actually released and people could get their hands on it.
