"this is the creation of a man with nothing to live for" is one of the best lines ever written.

Clearly you've never even learned to read or your social media outrage addled brain means you can't concentrate for longer than a single paragraph to understand the entire point of the article you are so vehemently upset by. But by all means try and attack me. Pathetic.
The article is about work of a charity and about the sorry state of the social housing system but by all means continue to call single mothers in need of social housing "entitled bitch" for wanting a house that's actually safe for children.
Very clever — why not try using your reading skill next time before commenting — idiot.
Did you read the article?
Helps if you actually read the article before leaping to judgement.
She and her 3 kids have been no-fault evicted from their private tenancy, been put up in temporary accommodation for a time and then finally make it to the top of the social housing register and have a house that isn't really fit for children to live in.
This isn't some entitled middle class "Karen" but someone who clearly isn't in a position to shell out thousands of pounds on new carpets and so charities are having to fill the gap.
Some of my favourite comedies:
-
Stath Lets Flats - C4 written by and starring Jamie and Natasia Demetriou (started in 2018 but ran until 2021. Off the wall series about a completely incompetent estate agent)
-
Such Brave Girls - BBC written by and starring Kat Sadler and BAFTA winner (3 utterly narcissistic women trying to find love in the most inappropriate ways)
-
Things You Should Have Done - BBC (a sheltered girl tries to come to terms with the sudden death of her parents and discovers she doesn't understand how anything works)
-
Two Doors Down - BBC starring Arabella Weir(retired suburban glaswegian couple try to live a quiet life and have it constantly invaded by their overbearing neighbours)
-
Here We Go - BBC starring Jim Howick of Ghosts, Katherine Parkinson of The IT Crowd and Alison Steadman (the farcical misadventures of former Olympic archer Paul, his neurotic wife and their family, spun off from the one off Pandemonium filmed during lock down)
Obviously it's because people in Africa and south America don't have access to paracetamol.
Someone said that Ed Milliband looks like he's just seen a pair of boobs for the first time and now I can't unsee it.
What happens if she wants to break up but chooses to stay miserable in the relationship because of the hardship she would have if they did separate.
This puts a definite imbalance in the relationship where she is dependent on your son/you.
There are also financial concerns, like is she going to pay you rent and food? Does your son pay that as well? This creates all sorts of awkward dynamics for them both and for you.
I would say no.
