I would totally say "I saw insert thing on the way to work today," and would have assumed that would be the natural way to say it, but now I'm questioning that
As mentioned with the other guy, 0 inches is the requirement to the top of the cable or raceway used. So at minimum, you're allowed to be perfectly flush with the ground. Obviously you can and likely would go a little lower, although I don't have any experience with trenching myself.

I looked up on google at one point what the minimum required depth for a cable running under a building is by NEC code. It told me it was 0 inches. I laughed and called it stupid, wtf do you mean 0 inches?? Upon further research, 0 inches is the correct answer, I felt real stupid after that -_-
This might be an unpopular opinion, but I don't want to live that long. Whenever the time feels right, I want to "retire" with whatever savings I might have, and ride it out until going out on my own terms. When that time feels right, I don't know, but it'll come.
Well you see God the Son is seperate from God the Father, but they're also the same guy, both are part of God, but are individuals who can coexist, but God consists of them and the Holy Spirit, completely unrelated guy but also the same guy, all three are god, but individuals, but they can't be too individual, then they wouldn't be God, cause all three make God. Just make sure you know they're seperate. Or are they?
(Idk too much about this, I just find it confusing)
