Aviation mech, my rule is harbor freight for everything you don't put a lot of force on or trust your life to. If it's an anti-tank mine then it's probably an explosively formed penetrator (EFP) designed to puncture armor. If that's the case most of the force was centered around that penetrator, the blast was more of a secondary effect.
