Hope you get better my dude. Wish you only the best and to be in that 5%. Sadly it is not a magic "pill".

Certainly my first thought.

There is some evidence that it causes massive depression after the high of losing weight goes away. I don't need to tell you that morbidly obese people usually have a reason that they eat so much. It's not like that pill cures that.

I find that increasing protein increases satiety, but not available energy.

I have recently gone mostly vegan due to medical issues and finding things to eat that are to my taste is not the issue. But nobody tells you the ungodly amounts you need to eat to have enough energy. Like... The time you need just to stuff all of that down your throat. And I'm like 2m and 75kg, it's not like I'ma fat by any measure.

I don't agree with violence against the one percent. The system needs change and we need to stop glorifying these people. But as OP already noticed, the one percent change all the time. The people that are the top owners are changing rather quickly. Just introduce a wealth tax already and be done with it. Let the down votes fly.

Serious answer: prediction markets. People bet on the time of death of the victim. The person that bets the closest to the actual time of death wins. A would be assassin would theoretically always know the exact moment of the attempt on this persons life.

ICE ="inter city express", its the German high speed rail and in fact private transportation. But you can use the regional rail network in all of Germany for free. Non students pay 58€ per month for that privilege.

*in the US. In Germany a semester at my university costs about 300 Euros and that includes cheaper lunch and a ticket to use all public transport in the whole of Germany.

I think they might try to move us farmers to farm for in country consumption instead of exporting. Not that other countries already do that for much cheaper with healthier soil.
