It's a deposit system that works as a deposit system. And it's purpose is to decrease the amount of bottles that get thrown into the streets and that does totally work. Just compare how many bottles are lying around in Germany to other countries.
I really would like to know how you came to that conclusion. The OP is from Germany and is collecting abandoned bottles in the street and there are closed loop recycling programs in place. You return the bottle to the store, you get your 25 cents back, the bottle gets crushed and recycled into a new one. That kind of does work. Multiuse bottles are better, but I really struggle to understand how "Picking up discarded plastic bottles" releases more microplastics than letting those bottles out in the environment where they will become 100% microplastic

Auch wenn ich jetzt vehementen Widerspruch ernten werde: Die üblichen KI-Tools sind wirklich hervorragend zum Programmieren lernen. Man kann sie um Rat und Hilfe fragen, man kann sie Fehler im eigenen Code suchen und erklären lassen und wenn man es richtig nutzt, wird man wirklich klüger dadurch

The biggest issue here is that (nearly) all EU documents have to be translated into all official EU languages. It will be really expensive if spain introduces new official languages due to all the translators needed
Wir haben gewalttätige, sehr aktive Antisemiten in unserem Land, die aktiv die Vernichtung Israels wollen. Die klügeren von ihnen schaffen es, das immer am Rande des Strafbaren vorbei zu formulieren, obwohl natürlich alle wissen, was gemeint ist. Einige Dümmere holen sich Anzeigen in Grenzbereichen ab, die nächsten sind da direkter oder posten anonym im Internet ihren Hass. Das ist kacke.
Ich weiß nur nicht, ob so ein Gesetz dann wirklich was bringt - am Ende holen sich ein paar Antisemiten eine Anzeige ab, die Polizei geht dann wegen "Deutschland muss sterben" gegen die linke Szene vor und irgendwelche komischen Nationalisten aus irgendeinem Staat sonstwo können dann irgendwelche Seperatisten wegen ihrer Unabhängigkeitsforderungen mit Anzeigen überziehen.

Es klingt v.a. nach einem, der irgendwie seinen Platz im Leben noch sucht bzw. sich bei der Suche im Wald verlaufen hat.
Ich bin von der ganzen Debatte immer noch maximal irritiert: Wir haben seit zig Jahren funktionierende Systeme zur Arbeitszeiterfassung. Einige davon sind so alt, dass sie mittlerweile in Museen stehen. Es gibt das als Chipsystem für an der Tür, es gibt das als Webseite, als App, als mobile Webseite, als Terminal und noch in zig anderen Varianten. Die kosten auch alle jetzt nicht ewig viel, weil es eigentlich grundsolide Standardtechnik ist. Der Aufwand ist auch überschaubar: Man piepst sich ein, piepst sich aus, das System berechnet daraus die Arbeitszeit und ob man mehr oder weniger als das vertraglich vereinbarte gearbeitet hat. Keine Ahnung, warum das so extrem diskutiert wird, außer wenn es um massive Ausbeutung geht und die Leute viel mehr arbeiten als sie müssen.
