"Why do you say this is stupid? You're so negative." Run of the mill conformist toxic optimist tech bro dildo

I wonder if this is gonna be like Waymo, where statistically speaking, the amount of cars that they had on the road, with how many crashes they had, it was deemed ineffective and dangerous, but as soon as they reduced the cars on the road they had less incidents because less odds. At this point, they probably continue to suck up subsidies and donar $ so they keep their little goofy business afloat. So what happens now? When It crashes into a school bus, who is held accountable? This is not a good idea. We need to tax the rich and corporations shouldn't have so much power. We didn't ask for this future. Anybody with a damn lick of sense knows that this is a stupid idea. Also, why? Like, just make more trains. America is so stupid. The fact that you just fight over cars versus walkable cities. I am actively trying to find a way out of here. These are horrific insanely stupid ideas. It's like doing it the hard way because you're too prideful to admit that you have a shitty infrastructure.I have seen Europe, I have experienced it, and it is far superior to the shitty infrastructure of the United States. I was born in America. I lived in America, but I do not identify with this way of life or culture. My head spins with just where people's minds are at in this country. How little they know. It's terrifying. If you're out there, just know. It is better elsewhere and chase those goals. You're not crazy. There's a better world. Not perfect, but a better world out there. Leave if you want to leave, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Both political parties are anti-union, anti-worker, and anti-American.

A movie when I was a teenager was $3.25 for a matinee. Also, there were like barely any mass shootings. America is imploding. All these issues people bring up the outliers and they never want to talk about the root causes because it's a contentious arena. Capitalism consumes itself until there's nothing left and the wealth is all consolidated at the top horded and then World War. The cycle continues. Everything's connected. Nothing in a capitalist society happens without money. If we want to understand the differences of then and now we would focus on the economy. I hate gaming of today. There are advances, but all I see is cigar chopping game execs as they pray on nostalgic millennials and children. I can't even watch movies anymore because all I see is propaganda, mischaracterization, and the profit motive. All I see is rich people trying to mold your minds and destroy education and keep you hyper-distracted with short-term goals. It's not that technology is evil, but anytime the Imperialist come up with some kind of new gizmo, it's always a double-edged sword. I know people will think I'm overreacting, but I'm not. Once you realize how real life is, and all the mechanisms that go on around you, you start thinking about things differently. You change your behavior. Pearls before swine.

I think switching cost is a little overrated when we talk about individuals. With businesses, just like any process, it's going to require a little bit of money to make the changes. But sometimes you've got to make long-term investments. And what would be better for the world if everything was an open source, it would be at a stalemate and there would be peace. I'm not saying the world would be perfect, but it'd be a little better than today. Also, it's not what they tell you. It's what they don't tell you.

Freeman’s remarks were reported the next day in the San Francisco Chronicle under the headline “Professor Sees Peril in Education.” According to the Chronicle article, Freeman said, “We are in danger of producing an educated proletariat. … That’s dynamite! We have to be selective on who we allow [to go to college].”

“If not,” Freeman continued, “we will have a large number of highly trained and unemployed people.” Freeman also said — taking a highly idiosyncratic perspective on the cause of fascism —“that’s what happened in Germany. I saw it happen.”

In the heart of the empire it is hard to see the forest through the trees. Fascist are the useful idiot of empire. Vibe coding is dumbing people down. It is by design. Now enjoy you tall glass of hopeium
