The CO2 problem is a pretty big problem to solve, to be fair. I charge my EV at night when the ejection is really cheap because it's nearly all wind power.

Well, they solve the pollution problem in built-up areas and they solve the CO2 problem if you increase solar and wind power. The one thing they don't solve is the congestion problem.

It's the UK supreme court, not a Scottish court, that decided to stomp over all the progress we had made with trans rights.

The Scottish Parliament tends to be considerably more left wing than the UK Parliament. Left to their own devices they would probably be much more like a Scandinavian country.

But actually, yes, the Scottish people are indeed awesome.

Now that, I have to admit, it's a great answer.

Like I said, you’re full of criticism of the democratic Party and can divert absolutely any topic whatsoever to be the fault of the Democrats, and trying to get you to come up with any genuine specific criticism of the republicans will fail.

Your criticisms of the Democrats are specific and carry real hatred but your criticisms of the republicans are vague and largely dismissed by you yourself as a waste of time. I've seen it time and time again. You're no different to the other "leftists" and "tankies" even if you like to think you're different. You claim to want left but speak act to keep the right in power, just like Trump wants you to.

When one of the two biggest black holes for cash on the entire planet promise to make things better for you if you just do this thing they want to happen, you shouldn't be surprised if at the end of the process you have less money and they have more money. Elon Musk is expert at making money move from you to him. So is Jeff Besos. It doesn't have to be direct from you to them via a payment, just know that they are sucking up the money, and if you ever, ever, ever do something they want you to do, you can be 100% sure it's because after they're done, you have less money and they have more.

Like a lot of folks on lemmy who claim to want things to be better, you're full of criticism of the democratic Party and can divert absolutely any topic whatsoever to be the fault of the Democrats, and trying to get you to come up with any genuine criticism of the republicans will fail because you're perfectly happy with the continued dominance of the far right as long as you get to talk about how the policies of the Republican Party are the responsibility of the democratic Party and the people who vote for them. It's actually insane nonsense and I see through your doublethink even if you don't.

That's a lot of words to cover over your preposterous assertion that electing the neo fascists shows how America wants left wing government.

Reminder: if habeas corpus is suspended for ANYBODY, it's suspended for EVERYBODY at the whim of Trump, ICE, feds, cops etc etc because all they have to do is falsely claim you're a migrant and you can be detained for ever, and the courts cannot intervene AT ALL, because you have been declared a migrant and you and every lawyer in the land have lost the right to have your case heard in court.

Americans, WAKE UP.
THEY ARE COMING FOR YOU.

because nothing says America wants left wing government more clearly than electing the republicans!

Is not 12+12Z the exact same coset as 0+12Z? Is 12 not the identity element? Must group theory follow computer science conventions?

Amazon: The same 31 products you don't want, again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again

Does anyone else go looking on amazon because they used to have loads of stuff, but now there’s just a few things over and over and over and they’re not quite what you wanted. It’s so full of promoted content and you keep thinking that somewhere on one of the pages there might be something new, but no, it’s these same products again and again.

Remember, you are 10 times more awesome than you think you are, and 1000 times more awesome than some shitty hater made you feel.

Summary: You are awesome.

Reminder: Awesome.

It gets used online for things, and there are whole communities devoted to shitposting, but I can't find a clear set of rules for something to count as a shitpost. I remember querying whether a post on a shitposting community was witty enough to be a shitpost rather than just a shitty post, but of course not all the responses to that were terribly helpful!
