Yeah that's my take here as well. "If you strictly eat high protein 'normal' food, you're almost hitting the recommended amount." So you'd have to be crazy to look for food with high protein!

I once read a story on the casualties of the last day of WW I. Surrender had been signed but ceasefire would only go into effect a few hours later, so soldiers were ordered to just keep on fighting. There's reasons for it but pretty horrific nonetheless...
