Federal debt will skyrocket and servicing it will become exorbitantly more expensive. It is already getting expensive with all the credit agencies downgrading the US. They will have to print more money to survive. Interest rates will skyrocket.

Which means that it already is that low. If you don't count the parts of Ukraine that Russia thinks it owns and the hundreds of thousands of young people who fled the country earlier in the war.

If only it were that simple. I'd attribute it to lack of media literacy, lack of critical thinking, tribalism, propaganda saturation of the media, lack of proper education and understanding of the world we live in.
