It feels like you're taking it personally, it reminds me of the meme, I posted the meme, it isn't that complicated.

The "-cute" in electrocute implies that it killed you, unfortunately, you were probably still badly shocked. 
It must be all of the solar panels absorbing the sun's rays, we had better get rid of all of them just in case, and we may as well throw in wind turbines as well for good measure.
This allowance could definitely damage their public image if they let it slide, either by letting them get away with it and showing others that it is okay to use their music without permission or by negative association with an organization their customers may not support.
The article says that the people who were shooting weren't on the shooting range property, so it was probably just some morons shooting guns in an unsafe location who and direction who can't be bothered to use the shooting range. Hopefully the range, were they to actually use it as intended, has proper berms and backstops to keep any rounds from going an unsafe direction.
