OPM finally acknowledged it's possible they might not get the funding to do this from Congress and then tried to compare it to getting furloughed. The mental gymnastics were Olympic level.

My undergrad program had us write Java code by hand for some beginning assignments and exams. The TAs would then type whatever we wrote into Eclipse and see if it ran. They usually graded pretty leniently, though.
Every single election, the League of Women Voters puts out responses to their surveys about candidates' relevant viewpoints and platform. Every single election I have to remind people it even exists. It's the easiest way to filter out candidates. Do their viewpoints align with mine? Did they even bother to respond to the survey?
Takes like 5-10 minutes easily. There's simply no excuse.
It was only if they fell above the knees that made you gay. If they fell below the knee or were basketball shorts, you were fine.
Pretty sure Hawaii still has their publicly-funded healthcare option. I know a number of communities across the US had much smaller free insurance programs that mostly died off when the ACA passed. Some of them might still exist as heavily means-tested shadows of their former selves.

The list missed the disappointment that was Age of Empires Online. Because who doesn't love microtransactions and live service in their RTS? Apparently it's still playable on a fan server.
