Yes. It's pretty common to allow QBs to develop and not expect them to play at an All-Pro level their first few years. If it happens (like in CJ Stroud's case), great. But expecting a QB to come into the NFL and immediately light it up is a recipe for disappointment.

These guys have talent, but I don't think we'll see them succeed until they go to a different franchise with better coaches and schemes that allow them to play to their abilities. If KC could just trade Mahomes for a 1st and get Caleb Williams, then the Chiefs might be dangerous...
