Oh just wait, this has been spelled out pretty clearly in the opening season of "It Could Happen Here"- all the ingredients are in place, it's just going to take someone who knows the recipe and can bake that cake- that's going to cause some serious strife. California has a lot of food production and one motivated group doing a large highway bombing would cause some serious issues.
